Student Council Serves Up Lunch to Habitat for Humanity Volunteers

Some of the student council officers spent their Saturday delivering and visiting with some of the Habitat for Humanity Volunteers.  The purpose of the event was to make students aware of the many ways we can give back to our community.  The students went shopping on Friday during school to purchase the lunch menu they created to serve the 12-15 volunteers.  They did a great job deciding on what items would be best to purchase, thinking about the quality, quantity and price.  Student council members also made place mats that honored the volunteers.
